The Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) is located about eight miles from the Chicago Loop. It is the second-largest airport (O'Hare being the largest) in the Chicago metropolitan area and the state of Illinois. Finding an MDW parking spot can be rather difficult, but it's not an impossible task. Short term MDW Airport parking rates start at $5 for the first hour and go up to a daily maximum of $63 at the Terminal Garage Level 1. Parking the Daily Lot will cost $2 for 30 mins, $5 for an hour, and $30 for durations longer than 1 hour with a daily maximum of $30. The parking rates at the Midway Economy Garage and Lot start at $2 for 30 mins and go up to a daily maximum of $15. Chicago Midway long term parking rates start at $15 per day at the Economy Garage and Lot and go up to $40/day at the Terminal Parking Garage. Offsite MDW parking rates are much more affordable and start at just $3.75 a day with free shuttle service to the Midway Airport.
