Refund Policy
All bookings made on Airportsparking.com can be canceled any time, as long as it's done 24 hours prior to your check-in time. Note that bookings CANNOT be canceled within 24 hours of check-in, no exceptions. For any changes in travel dates, you’ll need to cancel and rebook your parking reservation dates. This can be done in a jiffy by emailing or calling us.
Please note that any extensions on parking time that have not been booked on Airportsparking.com will be charged by the parking lot/garage for the additional hours/days that were not paid for. We do not offer refunds for unused days after your booking dates.
Rarely, due to unforeseen circumstances, your parking reservation may need to be moved to a nearby lot/garage. This will be handled by us to ensure you have a seamless experience.
PRICING & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Customers should note that all prices are subject to change. We strive to display only accurate prices and information for all services that we offer. Note that the prices and other lot/garage information listed here are given to us by our Service Providers. Rarely, a service is listed or provided to us at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical or other errors in pricing or service information received from our Service Providers. In this case, Airportsparking.com and/or the Our Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any requests placed for such service. Airportsparking.com and/or the Service Provider shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such requests regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. In the event that your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your request is canceled because of incorrect Service Provider information, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account reflecting the amount of the charge. Prices, rates, and inventory are subject to availability from the Service Provider.
TRUST & SAFETY POLICY
Airportsparking.com is a marketplace website for parking services. We aggregate offsite airport parking locations and services. Airportsparking.com does not sell or control the service's inventory that is subject to the service providers. Service Providers are obligated by Airportsparking.com to comply with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to provide the services, sale, marketing, and safety. Service Providers and Airportsparking.com are not held liable for any theft or damages to the user's vehicle, items in the vehicle, or any other user property. Note that Service Providers and Airportsparking.com are also not liable for any general or personal injuries that occur while on the property. Please contact the property who serviced your reservation for more information on how to handle your claim.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Please read the terms & conditions of sale agreement carefully. The customer agrees to be bound by this sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Airportsparking.com, in which case the separate agreement shall take precedence).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS LEGAL CONTRACT
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Airportsparking.com. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise utilizing services provided on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "Airportsparking.com" shall relate to Airportsparking.com and its affiliates.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice. Note that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Airportsparking.com relating to the purchase or sale of goods and/or services on the Site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to goods or services that have been purchased or sold on the Site in written form, signed by Airportsparking.com. Electronic records (including signatures), that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sale Agreement. The Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet. Consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Airportsparking.com at the address provided below. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall govern them.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The customer provides consent to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California, for the purposes of any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this sale agreement.
GENERAL LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Airportsparking.com hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including and without limitation to, any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a specific purpose. This disclaimer by Airportsparking.com in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
INTERNET DISCLAIMER
Internet connectivity requires access services from an Internet access provider. Contact your local access provider for rates, terms and conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Airportsparking.com will not be held liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Airportsparking.com will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Note that the Customer agrees to that for any liabilities that may relate to the purchase of products or services. Airportsparking.com is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.
